Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- As Loyalty and Adoption Expert, you will be a member of a team that designs and implements digital innovative solutions, assisting our Account Executives in their daily work
- Based on company and business targets, you will support creating the loyalty program and design elements of the product, especially those that have a focus on user retention and adoption. The adoption analysis will be the measure of success
- You will be at the fore-front of driving and understanding how the product will be used and what to focus on next
- Together with your colleagues, you will make our “no nonsense software” approach reality: The feature's adoption steer, which feature will be developed, improved, or even removed from the product. At the same time, you will identify which features require a push and need to be made attractive to users using e.g. gamification elements
- You will take ownership of the adoption measurements and analysis and provide your insights for our continuous discovery process with the users
- You will contribute to making the product visible within the company and help increase the user community as well as the usage of features
- As Loyalty and Adoption Expert you will constantly verify your findings in direct user conversations
Your qualifications and experience:
- You have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in a field that includes psychology, user experience design and human-computer interaction
- You have several years of professional experience in design and implementation of gamification and/or user adoption programs
- You have worked with SaaS user adoption platforms. As we are employing PiwikPro any experience with this tool will be a plus
- Ideally you show proficient skills in state-of-the-art models for the field of gamification, preferably Octalysis, and adoption, preferably Google HEART framework, and their application
Your attributes and skills:
- You demonstrate proficient English language skills both oral and written. Additional languages are a plus
- You understand how to identify the right targets to drive wanted behavior
- You step boldly: you have excellent presentation and communication skills when communicating with international colleagues or users
- You are an analytical thinker. Driving innovations in the area of healthcare is one of your passions
- You only function as part of a great team and work best when collaborating
