Partner Development Senior Executive

Job Description

Job Summary:
  • Managing and growing partner ecosystem, shares responsibility in driving revenue goals within the territory. 
  • Work with the assigned partner(s) to enable them by facilitating and providing training, developing joint go to market strategies and creating marketing plans and events.
  • Monitoring partner performance to jointly agreed to revenue goals.

What are my job responsibilities?
  • Set pipeline generation and revenue targets by partner. Responsible for driving Industry revenue with partner as reseller and influencer of solutions and associated services
  • Responsible for working with partners on account mapping, go to market strategy. 
  • Responsible for business negotiation / presentation to secure business and establish long term business relationship with partners
  • Work cross-functionally with DI Business Units, Partner Development Programs and Marketing to create and execute business plans to achieve sales targets
  • Responsible for achieving the incoming orders or revenue from partners as determined by the company.
  • Act as primary point of contact for partners regarding all channel sales related activities (enablement, training, marketing, deal registrations, transactions)
  • Develop and maintain relationships at senior executive, sales and operational levels within each assigned partner.
  • Verify all agreements and commercial terms and ensure agreements are signed and finalised in order. 
  • Partners' review and monitoring including half yearly, year end and annual target setting."

What do I need to qualify for the role?
  • Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant field.
  • 6-10 years experience in channel management, technical sales, sales Engineering & business development. Proven account management and business-to-business(B2B) development track record.
  • Excellent influencing and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong independent worker and customer service oriented, who able to maintain regular contact with partners and allign internally with various sales channels.
  • With automation / drives background. With Industry market knowledge. "
