Contracts Management Professional is responsible for analyzing, administering and negotiating Contracts for Projects & Services. The person shall also monitor project progress to analyze work with respect to scope and obligations and shall guide project teams regarding the same. You will be interacting with stakeholders involved and will also work closely with the team. This position is mainly focus on  Contracts Management and Administration function.

Your new role – challenging and future-

·  To identify risks, opportunities, potential claims and contractual obligations

·  To support the team by understanding and interpreting the contracts

·  To carry out the contract workshops and coordinate the team’s input for those

·  To preserve Company’s contractual entitlements by timely notifications

·  To review terms and conditions of contracts main subcontractors prior to signature of subcontracts

·  To coach the project team and conduct awareness trainings for the team members in matters concerning change / variation orders, preparation of amendments / supplement orders, meetings, notifications, correspondence, payments

·  To manage all the claim activities within the project.

·  To raise awareness of all relevant project participants for the operational implementation of claim strategy

·  To formulate incoming and outgoing claims, with the involvement of the responsible project team members

·  To maintain an updated register of all claims and events

·  To take part in the claim negotiation and closing-out process

Skills Required

• Experience in delay analysis and time extension
• Knowledge of various Contract formations and Arbitration and Conciliation Act
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent communication skills
• Data Analysis

·     Bachelors / Master Degree in Engineering (any field), with 5 to 7 years of experience in EPC business

·     Fluency in English
