What are my responsibilities?
Kitchen & canteen service management including process, supplier, optimization and improvement including Chinese & west canteen operation, cakes & pastries service, food and beverages service for shopfloor, company events service & supporting (e.g., annual & Town Hall meeting, family day etc.), internal & external audit handling. Working with service suppliers and management closely, to ensure catering running smoothly with high quality and performance.
工厂餐饮管理管理包括流程、供应商选择考核、优化提高,范围含中西餐厅运行、糕点服务、生产车间食品饮料供给、公司活动的餐饮服务及支持(如年终会、员工大会、家庭日活动等)、公司内外部审计。须和供应商紧密工作,以确保餐饮服务平稳、高质和高效运行。
Shuttle bus service management including process, supplier, optimization and improvement including shift shuttle bus and office shuttle bus, routing planning and optimization, company events service & supporting (e.g., annual & Town Hall meeting, family day, annual strategy workshop etc.), internal & external audit handling. Working with service suppliers and management closely, to ensure shuttle bus running smoothly with high quality and performance.
工厂员工通勤班车管理包括流程、供应商选择考核、优化提高,范围含生产车间倒班班车管理、行政班车管理、线路制定优化、公司活动的通勤服务及支持(如年终会、员工大会、家庭日活动、年度战略会等)、公司内外部审计。须和供应商紧密工作,以确保班车服务平稳、高质和高效运行。
Internal order process handling with procurement and financial departments including technical specification, purchase requirement, purchase order, goods receiving, payment, invoice, etc. to ensure cost quaternization.
和采购及财务部门一起处理内部订单包括编写技术标准、提采购需求和采购订单、收货、发票处理等,并优化成本。
Support other administration function.
支持其它行政管理事务。
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Knowledge about administration operation, especial catering or shuttle bus management.
熟悉行政管理,特别是餐饮或班车管理。
One of experience of catering or shuttle bus management at least, catering management experience is preferred and priority.
至少要有餐饮管理或通勤班车管理一方面的经验,有餐饮管理经验尤佳并优先。
At least 2 years’ experience of administration management in manufactory or company, foreign or joint venture is preferred and priority.
至少2年的工厂或公司行政管理经验,外资或合资工厂或公司经验尤佳并优先。
Good in teamwork.
