What will you do if join us?
• The product line of responsibility offers plenty of added value in terms of user friendliness, connectivity and controllability, your job is to enable a significant growth of this segment
• Definition of business plans and strategies for product portfolio lines by analyzing the customer demand and the dynamic market change
• Definition of new product portfolios in the HQ with a focus on Asia Pacific
• Complex stakeholder management by working closely with your partners from Global Portfolio Manager team; R/D sitting in Local and Headquarter, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Suppliers
• Challenging Project Management of Development Projects, this on a global scale
• Work within the entire lifecycle of our products: from development, positioning, market introduction, delivery, maintenance, and phase-out.
Who are we looking for?
• Graduate in HVAC, mechanical engineering or IT/ Network engineering or equivalent
• Practical experience within a technical field HVAC industry, and good understanding of the HVAC market is mandatory to be successful in this role
• Product Management experience in an industrial environment is an advantage
• Very strong analytical and conceptual thinker is crucial, some experience on how to create and implement strategies is helpful
• Stress resistance and resilience are important characteristics needed for this job
• Strong presentation and networking skills paired with a customer focus rounds up your profile.
• Willingness to travel more than 20% of the time
• An excellent command of English is mandatory, speaking any other language is an advantage.
• A good grasp of large multinational companies and their peculiarities, as well as different mentalities among international customers and internal stakeholders
• Business drive, customer orientation and open minded
