What role will you play?

• Improve our product by developing test cases and demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of methods, patterns, and structures necessary to achieve the high quality that meet the standards of the QA team
• Reviews design specifications; identifies appropriate parameters, functions, and data to test and validate; comply with industry standards; conduct functional and regression testing.
• Identifies, documents, and recreates error codes, bugs, and defects and reports defects to programmers by recommending solutions, improvements, and updates.
• Responsible for building up, managing and guiding the automation direction to improve and be more efficient
• Develop testing strategies and test plans for automated testing
• Communicate professionally with managers, peers, and clients via e-mail, telephone, in person, or using other tools
• Work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional project team
• Develop QA/BA standards and company processes with improvements as needed
• Keep up to date with industry standards and best practices and apply new knowledge to the job

• B.A. in Business, Computer Science, or related education sector applicable experience
• 5 years and above of experience of taking requirements, creating test plans, and building test cases to exercise both positive and negative test cases
• 2 years and above of developing automated testing
• Experience in both PC web and mobile application
• Experience thinking about user/customer interfaces (UX/CX).
• Experience with popular database operations, automated testing tools such as Postman, Selenium, Zendesk and packet monitoring tools (Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Wireshark).
• Knowledge of QA terminology, methods, and tools.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, and customer support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience collaborating in distributed/remote teams is a plus
