What will you do if join us?
• Full responsible for SCM project (localization, relocation …) as evaluation, approval, execution, acceptance.
负责SCM项目(国产化，产线转移 ……)的评估,审批,执行,跟踪,验收.
• Ensure project delivery on time with cooperation of cross function teams (R&D, Quality, ME, Procurement, supplier chain …)
与跨部门团队(研发，质量，工艺工程，采购，供应链……)协助,确保项目的准时交付
• Implementation of the SCM-Make process and roll out in SEAL, and coordinate the SCM process improvements
负责SCM-Make流程在SEAL的实施，并协调流程改进
• Control project cost
控制项目成本
Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor or above, major in Mechanical engineer, electrical engineer etc
本科及以上，为机械，电气等相关专业
• 3-5 years’ experience of electrical product
3-5年电气产品相关工作经验
• 1-3 years’ experience of project management, familiar with process of development, as planning, control, requirement management, change management
1-3年以上项目管理经验。熟悉产品开发, 项目计划与控制, 需求管理, 变更管理等
• Skilled English language
英语熟练应用
