Then come and join our global team as Cybersecurity Portfolio and Project Manager (f/m/d) to drive the innovation and improvement for Healthineers’ cybersecurity by managing the project portfolio of Cybersecurity Operations.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will guide the agile portfolio management within the Cybersecurity team defining workflows, jobs, and reporting to obtain optimum effectiveness for the project managers
- You will be the project manager for some of the key initiatives, due to their relevance or complexity. You will coordinate and track several initiatives in collaboration with other project managers and other stakeholders, and ensure timely deliveries. Identify the risks and mitigations in collaboration with respective stakeholders and maintain them
- You will participate in the yearly roadmap definition aligned with the Cybersecurity strategy and make sure that the initiatives that lead to the attainment of the Cybersecurity general objectives are well prioritized at all times
- You will schedule and drive Project Review Meetings and make sure that project execution plans are established and observed. You will be responsible for creating monthly/quarterly status reports for Management and the global IT programs
- You will support troubleshooting and resolving problems within projects. You will identify resource needs and project dependencies and communicate/confirm with resource managers on a proactive basis

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or comparable
- You have many years of proven practical experience managing standard to complex projects in cybersecurity and/or IT
- You have very profound portfolio management experience or a similar background
- You have a solid understanding of ITIL
- You have very good knowledge of one or more global project management standards (eg. PMBOK, PRINCE2, etc.) and/or global agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
- Ideally, you have completed relevant security related certifications or other industry certifications such as GDSA, CRTSA, CISSP-ISSAP, CISM, CISA, or ISSAP
- Experiences with Azure DevOps and PowerBI are desirable
Your attributes and skills:
- You have advanced English and communication skills, and are able to communicate clearly and concisely to address stakeholders of different backgrounds and technical expertise. German language skills are an additional plus
- You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to speak with confidence and ownership
- You are a person who understands the business needs as well as the technical risks, and proposes risk-oriented approaches, translating technical information into business language
- You have openness and/or experience working in an international, virtual environment across multiple cultures
- You enjoy engaging with different teams and facilitating discussions to find solutions that meet stakeholder’s expectations
- You are a quick learner and have the aptitude adapt to new technologies and architectures
