What are my responsibilities?

Equipment cycle maintenance plan setup and effective implementation

设备的周期性保养计划制定和有效实施

Daily equipment inspection work, timely find problems and deal with hidden trouble

日常设备的巡视检查，及时发现问题并处理隐患

Abnormal defects handling, improvements analysis for the equipment, track and confirm implementation effect

设备的异常故障处理和改善分析，并跟踪确认实施效果

Technical guidance and training for the equipment

设备的技术指导和培训

Spare parts management and cost controlling for the equipment

设备的备件管理和成本控制

Maintenance plan optimization and improvement for the equipment

设备维护保养项目的优化和改进

Participate in the analysis and investigation of quality problem in the production process

参与生产过程中质量问题的分析调查

Safety education and assessment assistance for the leader

协助上级做好安全教育和各项考核

What do I need to qualify for this job?

College or above, major in mechanical and electrical engineering

大专及以上学历，机械、电气工程相关专业

3 years maintenance & repair experience for the equipment

3年以上设备维护维修工作经验

Ability to understand equipment drawings, familiar with equipment principle, defects analysis & maintenance method

能够识别设备图纸，熟悉设备原理及常见的故障分析及维修方法

Understand the basic knowledge of industrial robot, master the basic operation and debugging of industrial robot

了解工业机器人基本知识，掌握工业机器人基本操作和调试

Proficient in using Microsoft office software

熟练操作Microsoft office办公软件

Basic English communication and electrician knowledge

能够运用英语基本交流并具有一定的电工知识

Good sense of safety and quality, good capability in communication, organization and coordination

具有较强的安全和质量意识，良好的沟通、组织和协调能力

Ability to participate in shift work，good dedication and team work spirit, working under high pressure, active and highly motivated

能够参与倒班工作，具有良好的敬业和团队精神，能够承受工作压力，工作认真负责

Familiar with robot automation technology is preferred
