- What are my responsibilities?- Preparation of drive product test plan according to product’s feature description;根据产品的特性准备伺服驱动器产品的测试方案- Acquiring of test resources and reserving the test equipment保证测试资源和测试设备- Commissioning of the Equipment Under Test in the drive system调试伺服驱动系统配置测试产品- Execution of the coveter or servo type test, such as environmental, heating test, EMC etc.执行伺服系统的型式测试，测试项目有环境，热测试、电磁兼容测试等- Documentation of the type test process and results测试的过程和结果进行记录- Cooperation with the certification procedures协助完成产品认证流程- Participation in the type test review参与型式测试报告的审核- Contact window between HQ about test methods, test resource arrangement etc和总部沟通测试方法，测试资源等的协调What do I need to qualify for this job?- Bachelor degree or above in electrical, electronic, motor, server or control field电子、电力、电机、伺服或控制等专业本科及以上学历- Fluently in oral and written English英语读写流利，能够进行有效沟通- Minimum 2 years experience of motor or drive product testing or EMC testing of electrical products电机或者伺服驱动器的测试经验或者电子产品的电磁兼容测试经验- Knowledge about ISO 17025 lab operation了解ISO 17025实验室管理方法What else do I need to know?- Application knowledge of Siemens product(Servo, PLC) is a plus最好有西门子产品(伺服驱动器, 可编程控制器)的应用经验- Competence in EMC test and operation skill of EMC test equipment is a plus.掌握EMC测试技能，并可以熟练操作EMC测试仪器- Certification, Standard relation knowledge, such as UL, CE is a plus最好有测试标准和认证相关的知识，比如CISPR、UL、CE等
