What part will you play?

Enable technical and economic success of the software development projects for creating

Software as a Service (SaaS) applications

Perform project management activities – planning, tracking, monitoring, and delivery – in

accordance with Agile/Lean practices

Ensure adherence to timeline, quality, cost, and defined scope for assigned project(s)

Ensure effective use of project resources – people, hardware, software, infrastructure etc.

Manage requirements of the product, prioritize, break them down into user stories and

technical stories.

Manage risks and perform risk mitigation activities

Perform stakeholder management and customer engagement activities

Collect relevant metrics and drive continuous improvement activities in the project

Guide and coach team members to achieve common goals of the project including technical

B.E/ B. Tech/ MCA/ M.E/ M. Tech/MSc Computer Science

Knowledge and Experience:

12+ years of experience in software development projects including experience of leading

projects/modules.

Mandatory project/team management experience with Cloud & IoT applications

(AWS/Azure) for a minimum of 3 years

Good knowledge of the cloud technologies and cloud managed services – AWS & Azure

Exposure to electrical domain and energy market trends

Strong project management skills, certifications will have added weightage

Effective risk management & customer interfacing skills

Strong knowledge and experience in Agile/DevOps practices

Ability to drive positive mindset and culture in the team

Ability to understand business needs and translate them into solutions

Ability to effectively communicate, influence, and interact with various stakeholders
