Your tasks and responsibilities:
Strong operation for good and steady business increasing
1. Cooperate with BC and BA to monitor the APP business figures dynamic changing, study in result regularly with management and modality teams to adjust business implement direction and action
2. Review operation process and keep optimizing them together with modality teams to achieve high effiecency and productivity
3. Support the operation process digitlizaiton projects
4. Support APP Operation Manager to monitor strategy implementation in modalities
5. Focus on assigned work like on- site training operation, CRT operation or online operation according to business and employee development need
6. Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Your qualifications and experience:
· At least 3 years working experience in operation function
· Bachelor degree or above
