1. Applies preventive quality methods aimed at risk minimization to achieve supplier and component quality performance continuous improvement.以质量风险最小化为目标的应用质量预防方法,实现供应商和元件质量持续改进。
2. Collaborates in the creation of material technical specifications and production support.与技术部门合作制定材料技术规范并支持生产。
3. Implements specified qualification measure (Audit, testing, FAI, etc.) to achieve supplier and component qualification for business requirements.执行具体的质量认证措施（审核， 测试， 首件报告等）， 完成供应商和元件的放行满足业务需求。
4. Organizing and participates in quality meetings with suppliers.组织和参与供应商质量会议。
5. Collaborates in supplier development programs and commodity strategy definition.参与供应商发展计划和元件策略制定。
6. Implements complaints managements with supplier.实施供应商投诉管理。
7. Participate in localization project.参与国产化项目。
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.完成领导交办的其它任务。
Position Requirement:
职位要求：
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering or related. 大学本科及以上学历，电气工程相关专业。
- Have 5 years or above related experience in Electrical Engineering field. 具备5年及以上电气工程领域相关工作经验。
- Fluent English in written and oral. 流利的英文口头及书面表达能力。
