As Technical Trainer Teamcenter

We are looking for a Technical Trainer / Coach to join our Benelux Professional Services team based in The Netherlands. You will join our technical training team and will help to deliver world class Teamcenter training to our industry leading customers. Areas of responsibility

As part of the training team, you'll work with Professional Services to deliver high-quality Learning and Adoption Services and end-user training.
Help your customers improve and accelerate the adoption of our software and apply it in the implementation of the Digital Twin.
Deliver your standard and customized training remotely, at customer locations or at one of our training locations.
Coach customers on site to learn how work more efficient with our tools.
Do you understand different strategies of adult education and do you know how to apply them.
Actively participate and contribute to the global "Learning" Community of Practice.
You will contribute to the definition, development, and management of Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices.

All about you!

You hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Development, Robotics, Manufacturing Technology, or any other Engineering field with great command of English. Dutch may come handy as well.

You are an engineer and have in-depth knowledge of IT who likes to transfer knowledge and help other people to improve in their job, with natural coaching skills.
Have a degree in Engineering or have experience working as an engineer, with a “Can do" mentality.
Knowledge of PLM, preferably Siemens Teamcenter, however we are happy to train if you have experience with other PLM solutions.
You are a starter or ready for your second step, like to transfer knowledge.
Strong interpersonal skills, you love to help people develop, and you are willing to travel.
