1. Customer key contact quality management/ -control :

a.  Coordinate, manage and monitor quality issues related to SHE ME Partners (Major Siemens internal partner in Gemany, China.)

b.  Analyze of internal and external quality issues from partner to improve the quality and implementing of actions.

c. Creating of necessary reports and synchronize with experts.

d. Define and implementing of actions together  with the team; effectiveness check of the actions

e Improvement actions for the SHE ME process via related methodology (CAPA, 8D-report).

2. Support analyzing and monitoring of additional costs (ncc), warranty issues and DOA .

3. Support investigation of customer complaints (root cause analysis) implementing and documentation. 

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelors or Master degree, major in Mechanical/ Electronic engineering or related.

2. Over 5+ years' experience in Electronics industry (Experience in OEMs is priority)

3. Sound knowledge of ISO9001/ISO13485, FMEA, skilled in Problem solving process and 8D method

4. Customer complaints handling method, CAPA process, technical support customer experience

5. Good communication and negotiation skills.

6. English Oral & Written fluently
