 What will you do if join us? 

• Able to use the tools for daily work and solutions, such as creating formulas in excel, creating reports in Word, using Siemens standards in PowerPoints etc. 

• Is able to communicate spontaneously and fluently in everyday situations concerning his/her area of expertise and can participate in related discussions. Is able to read and understand all essential information in his/her area of expertise. Is able to write e-mails in his/her area of expertise. Is able to prepare and give presentations in English. 

• Knows the area of application for EMS/electronic component technologies. Implementation and evaluation of EMS/electronic component process . 

• Able to correctly apply standards and specifications(IPC600/610) within own area of responsibility. 

• Is able to identify supplier development measures from the supplier evaluation and to implement them under guidance, Able to apply SQM methods and tools, Able to participate in supplier development projects. 

• Able to simply apply problem solving methods within own area. Able to prepare and conduct audit programs and prepare quality audits under guidance(VDA6.3), Able to apply the quality methods under guidance 

 Who are we looking for? 

• Bachelor or master degree major in electronics, computer science, automation or equivalent; More than 5 years of working experience in electronics and/or firmware 、EMS company 

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, Good verbal and written English, CET4 above. Be adaptive to conference call during evening time with global teams. 

• Experience in dealing with major EMS in China is highly preferred. 

• Strong Can-Do attitude. Quick learner and keen problem solver. 

 • Result-oriented. 

 • Team-work spirit. Good team player.
