What part will you play?


• Produce a quality plan on the basis of internal requirements in coordination with the Project Manager and Product Management and also ensure compliance with the requirements of the project-specific quality plan.
• Represent the project's quality interests in dealings with Development, Production, Sales, Service and other interface partners.
• Assist with the definition of system target values for products supported in the project.
• Project-specific quality reporting to the relevant Product Lifecycle Management roles.
• Conduct and/or commission analyses to identify product and process improvements.
• Needs-based delivery or commissioning of quality-related training in the project
• Temporary customer support for quality-related issues
• Ensure the implementation of quality improvement methods and improves process performance management
• Select innovative digital solutions to improve project quality
• Drive lessons learned across projects.
• Guidance in PLM-process
• Conforming to Siemens processes, quality standards and guidelines.

What you need to make real what matters.


• BSc., MSc. or PhD. in computer science or related areas
• Proven 5+ years of experience in Software Product Development
• Very good command of English (German is a plus)
• Openness to collaborate in cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams
• Good knowledge in SW-development processes and technologies (e.g. cloud solutions, micro services architecture)
• Experience in Product Lifecycle Management processes.
• Experience in Agile Development
• Strong analytical thinking
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in Drive Technologies domain is a plus
