What are my responsibilities?
1) New product design or product care;
新产品设计和老产品维护;
2) Schematic circuit design for the encoder & motion control products;
编码器及运动控制产品原理图设计;
3) Encoder design verification, qualification and type test (EMC & Climate test);
编码器产品功能测试、型式测试（EMC和环境测试）;
4) Work closely with PCB layout engineers on the PCB routing;
与PCB 制版工程师协同工作，完成PCB布局布线;
5) Support other project activities, as Production line, market investigation, onsite support etc.
支持项目其他开发活动，比如生产线，市场调研和现场支持等。

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1) Bachelor degree with more than 4 years or Master degree with more than 2 years experience in hardware design, motor encoder development experience is a plus;
本科4年以上或硕士2年以上硬件开发经验，具有电机编码器开发经验优先;
2) Precision analog & digital circuit design experience, familiar with FPGA, ARM, DSP or MCUs;
具有精准模拟电路和高速数字电路设计经验，熟悉FPGA, ARM, DSP or MCUs;
3) Experienced in filter design, MATLAB/PSPICE simulation;
熟悉模拟/数字滤波器设计、MATLAB和PSPICE仿真技术；
4) Motor control system and encoder basic knowledge;
熟悉电机控制基本理论以及电机编码器;
5) EMC, climate and safety standards/methods related know-how;
熟悉EMC,环境测试及安全测试等相关标准及方法；
6) Industry field bus(BiSS, SSI, ProfiNet/ProfiBus...) related know-how;
对工业现场总线有一定的了解（BiSS, SSI, ProfiNet...);
7) Fluent in English speaking and writing.
