What will you do?

The Smart Building Solutions (SBS) is a Regional Solution and Service business unit, part of Siemens Smart Infrastructure. We are looking for an experienced Lead, Execution Excellence to strengthen our presales, post-sales activities and adopt digitalization to the forefront in APAC. You will ensure high quality standard during the presales processes and critical project review to assure customer deliverables. You will be part for countries business growth in collaboration with country management and peers, regional SBS teams of Portfolio, Solution Architects, Project Management, Commercial and Procurement among others.

Position will be in Singapore with expected travelling within APAC countries.


  • Critical project review with all stakeholders with regards to project risk, early risk detection, non-conformance cost, technical support, product evaluation/alternatives
  • Opportunity Risk Review and Sales Bid Optimization
  • Project reengineering and optimization with business line
  • Ensure continuous implementation, training, and updates of PM@Siemens
  • Exploit and deployment and continuous improvement of productive/efficiency tools
  • Coordination on Process Offshoring and Automation
  • Guidance and alignment with Procurement on suitable products and partners
  • Collaborate and coordinate with HQ on portfolio releases, contents and training/learning
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with sales leads, business partners among others to ensure deep understanding of various systems and integrations
  • Select, review and efficiently handle external agencies and suppliers as required, including via blended internal/external delivery models
  • Call out risks and issues appropriately and proactively to resolve blockers and ensure timely delivery of agreed business outcomes
  • Collaborate and coordinate with HQ on portfolio releases, contents and training/learning

What will you need to succeed?

Required Education, Knowledge/Skills, and Experience

  • Good bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject such as Business Administration/Business Management/Economics or a comparable discipline
  • PMP and/or ITIL certification will be and added advantage
  • Good experience and market understanding with related digital solutions
  • Have a strong acumen to be able to understand situation and forecast potential risk in advance
  • Organized, attention to detail, adaptable with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships across diverse groups, translating technical concepts for business audiences, and business concepts for technical audiences
  • Keen interest in emerging technologies to support and the digital growth
  • Vertical exposure in Healthcare, Airport, Commercial Real Estate, Higher Education and/or Public Sector will be added advantage
