Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 20h/week.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will own the governance of the local Product Master Data and align requests and adjustments with Business Governance Teams (Order-To-Cash (OTC), Customer Service (CS))
- You will process adjustments to defined Local Product Master Data upon request and alignment with Business Governance Teams (OTC, CS)
- You will generate and design Master Data for new local products and release them for global availability to cover support for new business processes
- You will validate Master Data Change Requests (creation/changes to items) from country/zone data stewards and provide final decision
- During the global deployment of the new ERP system, you will process final validation/approval on data mapping/migration proposals
- You will provide knowledge transfers to local deployment teams
- Additionally, your responsibilities include the coordination of training for users aligned with our line organization’s Training Academy, P61 and CRM teams:
- Creation and handling of change requests in the Master-Data-Governance (MDG) system
- Process restrictions on data usage
- You will support IT- and Business Governance teams in new data and tool requirements from clarification to final implementation and production
- You will maintain communication channels to Ecosystems and Business Governance owners and zone/countries data stewards in the area of Product Master Data (e.g. CRM Shareville, ERP P58)
- You will define and run regular data controls to ensure sustainable Master Data quality. You will assign correction activities to country Data Ambassadors

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have successfully completed a business degree, preferably in business administration and finance
- Additionally, you have many years of professional experience in the fields of Order-to-Cash, Customer Services and preferably also Offer-to-Order
- If you already have many years of sound professional experience and further qualifications in this field, but no degree, then we are also looking forward to your application
- You convince us with excellent SAP knowledge and experience in Master Data management as well as excellent knowledge of Material Master Data structures
- You have extensive process know-how and experience in the areas of logistics, controlling service and sales
- You have successfully practiced the analysis of complex relationships, including translation into meaningful representations
- You convince us with your expertise in MS Office

- You convince us with reliable written and spoken English skills. Preferably you can speak further foreign languages
- You own it: An above-average amount of independent work and constructive cooperation in a team with other colleagues
