Dept. Introduction
Our global operating team with locations in Germany and Czech Republic now wants to take the next step and support our factories in China. Therefore, we need highly motivated people on site. Who we are looking for?
Education
• Master’s degree in computer science, applied mathematics, engineering, or any other technology related field
• preferably a certification in classical Project Management (PMP, CAPM or similar) and/or agile Project Management (certified Scrum Master/ Product Owner)
Required experience
• Several years of experience in similar roles driving new digital portfolio and digital transformation - preferably in industrial environment
• Profound Experience with agile as well as waterfall project management methods shown in digitalization projects (software development, data science/ data analytics projects…)
• Experience in the area of industrial IoT including cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud) and edge technology
• Programming skills with computer languages are desirable (e.g. Python, SQL, R, Java or .NET) as well as experience in working with Git
• Experience with digital twin/ simulation, automatic optical inspection (AOI) and other future oriented digitalization trends are desirable
• You are a team player with a collaborative and pragmatic style, strong analytical and strategic skills
• You have strong communication skills to successfully lead activities in cross-functional teams and to translate between the different functions as IT, manufacturing, software developers, data scientist…
• You are proactive, flexible, and have an independent work style that requires limited guidance
• You communicate with international team members and customers in fluent Business English (mandatory)
