Engineer for electric charger, german speaking
We are looking for a engineer, who wants to be part of a project that plays a role in ensuring sustainability and shaping the future.
Engineer accountabilities:
- providing 1.5 and 2nd level support for the electric car charger solution
- coordinating the resolution in cooperation with the other English speaking support teams
- deliver the solution or workaround to the customer in German and English language
- analizing and routing the tickets to the responsible resolver teams for further investigation if needed
- creating the work instructions
- defining processes
- handle the major incidents

Application requirements:
- High School degree
- technician or Engineer degree and/or equivalent electrical, mechatronics or any kind of mechanical experience is an advantage
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- troubleshooting and analytical skills
