Then come and join our global team as Senior HR Consultant (f/m/d) to find and realize innovative HR-solutions for our business and to support the local HR team in Kemnath, Germany.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

This position is suitable for job sharing in part-time (20h/week). We welcome applications from tandems. If interested, we ask for joint applications of both tandem partners.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • As an HR Consultant, you are the point of contact for operational HR issues and responsible for service delivery in your area of responsibility.
  • You will build up a relationship of trust with the business and the relevant stakeholders by providing qualified advice
  • You develop solutions in joint cooperation and plan and accompany the implementation, e.g. in the area of personnel and team development, income, implementation of individual measures, coaching of employees and managers, questions of labor law and works constitution law, personnel compensation / placement as well as support in the separation process
  • In cooperation with Recruiting, you are responsible for advising managers in the hiring process (including final interviews)
  • You will be responsible for the proper implementation of processes while ensuring data quality and will be available to employees for all HR-related issues
  • You will also be responsible for preparing and moderating meetings (e.g. management meetings, development meetings) and participating in decision-making bodies (e.g. the management committee of your consulting area).
  • You will coordinate closely with the HR manager and global business partner on topics such as reorganization.

Your qualifications and experience:
  • You have a bachelor's degree in economics, social sciences or law (ideally with a focus on human resources) and have many years of relevant professional experience in the field of HR consulting in an international group of companies.
  • You have a sound background in social security and labor law and are able to apply collective bargaining and company law regulations with confidence
  • You have been able to build up very good knowledge in the area of personnel processes
  • You have successfully implemented cross-departmental HR projects
  • You have experience in conducting discussions with employees and managers as well as in conducting workshops

Your attributes and skills:
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and proficiency in English is a must

  • Your way of working is characterized by a high level of analytical ability, motivation and organizational skills
  • Highest quality standard in consulting is a matter of course for you
  • Confident handling of SAP and MS Office is a matter of course for you
