Job Profile:
1. According to the Contract, Design Drawings, specifications and related Technical Regulations , ensure that the required processes are followed and quality standards have bee met.
2. Work together with offshore QMiP to develop the Project Quality Plan and execute it thereof.
3. Perform internal quality audit with support from HQ, product quality verification, shipment inspection and installation, T&C completion inspection. Check the inspection items of inspection/test record sheet if the correct process is followed, sign for approval etc.
4. Ensure documentation quality.
R1. Must be certified public construction quality management personnel (公共工程品質管理人員).
2. Speak fluently in English and Mandarin.3. At least 5 years quality control or management experience in public construction project (E&M system project is a plus.)
4. Good communication skill and ability to coordinate quality topics externally and internally.
5. EHS (Health and Safety and Environment) certificate will be a plus.
6. University Degree in Engineering or above
