What will you do if join us?
- 消防产品全生命周期管理，负责产品线战略规划、产品定位及需求定义、产品开发过程管理、产品预算和产品成本管理、产品发布后及退市前的升级维护等工作；
- 分析并制定消防市场地图，分析并研究竞争对手产品策略和市场表现，确保消防产品定位准确、有竞争力、有卖点；
- 负责制定垂直行业消防解决方案和产品开发计划；重点行业如，地铁、电子厂房等；
- 与市场和销售团队密切合作，深入服务客户、了解并满足客户需求，深度赋能销售及项目；
- 与消防总部及其他国家产品管理和研发管理团队合作，满足精益/敏捷开发要求，同时保证中国产品按时落地；
- 与研发团队紧密配合，一起推动本地/全球研发中心的新产品开发，确保产品要求（成本、时间、功能等）；
- 负责中国本地OEM 业务及产品线的孵化和落地；
- 持续关注产品成本的优化，及本地化产品战略；
- 消防产品数字化创新；
- 其他日常工作及跨部门协作。
Who are we looking for?
- 5年及以上消防产品管理经验，有国际品牌产品工作经验、或在新业务模式下成功策划新产品的优先；
- 3年及以上消防（售前/应用）整体解决方案经验；
- 熟悉智慧消防市场，最好有实际产品或项目交付的经验；
- 有客户服务和客户交流的经验
- 具有复杂环境工作经验者优先
