Are you willing to develop in R&D or Engineering? Are you willing to expand your career skills in today's VUCA environment? Siemens X-Ray Vacuum Technology’ R&D/Engineering Trainee Program aims to cultivate highly qualified R&D and Engineering talents.

The 18-month program will offer you the opportunity to dive into different business units and complete 3 rotations in multiple areas like R&D, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineer, Production, etc., get guidance from technical experts and business leaders, to achieve rapid growth and development in the early stages of your career, prepare to become an expert or manager in the field of R&D/Engineering.

By joining the project, you will gain:

 * Comprehensive and systematic online and offline technical training.

 * The R&D/Engineer Expert will act as your mentor to provide advice on your career development.

 * Build a career network to lay the foundation for long-term development in Siemens Healthineers.

We look forward to:

 * 2023 fresh graduates with bachelor's degree or above, or candidates with less than two years’ working experience.

 * Major in Science and Engineering, e.g. Physics, Powder Metallurgy, Material, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, etc.

 * Be interested in Technology, Product Design, Production Process and seek long-term career development opportunity in these areas.

 * Strong Logical thinking ability, good at analyzing and problem solving.

 * Team player with good communication and collaboration skills.

 * Fluent oral and written English.

 * Agile curiosity and self-learning ability, willing to take on challenges.

Siemens X-Ray Vacuum Technology Ltd., Wuxi (SXVT) was established in June 2003, a wholly foreign owned enterprise of Siemens Healthcare GmbH. SXVT is the only Siemens factory of medical X-ray tubes and X-ray tube assemblies exterior of Germany.

The business scope of SXVT is research & development, manufacture and sales of X-ray tubes and X-ray tube assemblies, as well as high-voltage generator and power supply. We supply both our external partners and Siemens internal customers with high quality X-ray tube assemblies for radiography & fluoroscopy, CT scanners as well as stationary anode tubes for dental care utilization.
