Using your expertise, you will be responsible for:

Business responsibility:

- Regional sales volume of direct/indirect business with MDB-, Local Top- & Focus Accounts.

- Strategy definition concerning Focus Accounts and total vertical market

- Business Planning, Vertical Target Agreement input, target fulfillment / execution

- Ownership for Vertical Targets?(e.g. investments, definition of measures, breakdown into different channels - direct/indirect)

- Execute account development plan reviews for Focus Accounts together with Regional Sales

- Decision on system integration approach (internal or external)?

Main tasks and contribution 

- Sales support and marketing:

- Technological and technical support incl. presales support for sales force and accounts,?competence management, technical specifications for offers and quotation support

- Marketing to create "Pull-effect" for Vertical in all channels,?e.g. qualification, vendor listing, customer events & trade shows

- Monitor and analyze vertical market in region, market transparency, proposal for focus accounts, market requirements for portfolio?

Main tasks and contribution 

– project coordination

- Project coordination with regional sales, Korean & international OEM business development

What you need to make real what matters.

- University degree in electrical or electronics engineering preferred or related majors

- Good experience and basic knowledge of business model and application in F&B industry

- More than 5 years’ experience in automation market preferred

- Good communication skill and positive mindset for aggressive sales

- Willingness to travel and work worldwide

- Proven working experience in Korean F&B customers

- Technical background and F&B process understanding with digitalization concept

- Experience on technical proposal preparation and execution experience as project manager

- Proficiency in English

- Min. 10 years working experience in F&B industry is mandatory.
