我们正在为西门子数字化工业集团深圳创新中心寻找一名电气设计工程师作为硬件产品专家,主要负责确定硬件部分的设计，推动和指导低压驱动器电力电子部分的技术规格及其实施。
工作职责–富有挑战性且面向未来：
• 支持研发项目经理和产品所有者与其他项目参与者(软件，系统测试)的讨论
• 在确定生产测试概念和发布测试设备时参与讨论
• 规划硬件设计验证测试
• 研究和设计用于低压变换器和变换器系统的电力电子系统
• 硬件产品专家推动和指导低压驱动设备电力电子部分的规格书及其实施。
• 变频器系统在效率和技术性能方面的优化
• 得出硬件需求和组件规范
• 确定硬件部件的设计
• 参与标杆项目和成本优化设计。
• 参与跨国团队(中国、德国)
• 分析和支持现场问题。
任职要求–运用你的技能成就工业之美：
• 电气工程专业硕士学位

We are looking for an Electrical Designer as Hardware Product Expert for Shenzhen Innovation Center of Siemens digital industry division to responsible for determining design of HW components, driving and guiding the specification and implementation of power electronics for low voltage drives.
Your new role – Challenging and future oriented
• Supports the Chief Product Owner/Product Owner in discussions with other project participants (SW, system test)
• Participates in the discussions when determining production test concepts and releasing test equipment
• Plans the HW Design Verification Test
• Investigation and design of power electronic systems for low voltage converters and converter systems
• The Electrical Hardware Designer drives and guides the specification and implementation of power electronics for low voltage drives.
• Optimization of converter systems in respect of efficiency and technical performance.
• Derive HW requirements and component specifications
• Determine design of HW components
• Participation in benchmark and design to cost projects.
• Participate in multi-national teams (Chinese, German)
• Analysis and support of field problems.
Your Qualifications – Use your skills to achieve the beauty of industry
• More than 2 years professional experience in developing electrical converter systems
• Expert knowledge in power electronics system and components
• Knowledge about international (Chinese and German, etc.) and regulations regarding electrical parts drives
• Experience in leading technical development teams
• Advanced English language skills are required
• Master degree in electrical engineering.
