As Global Consultant (f/m/d) Learning Operations, you will be a member of the Global Operations Team of Global Learning & Growth (GLG) and be responsible for building, managing and developing the global vendor landscape within the Siemens Learning Ecosystem.

- Manage contracts Siemens holds with Managed Service Providers (MSP) in the Learning and Development arena, with a strong focus on performance measurement and controlling as well as on productivity increase.
- Develop, negotiate and implement a meaningful system and metrics of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), including contractual incentives / penalties depending on the MSP performance.
- Prepare and Conduct Contract Negotiations together with Siemens Procurement.
- Develop and implement auditable processes for performance measurement.
- Monitor the contract fulfilment regarding quality, quantities, and compliance.
- Prepare and conduct Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews with Managed Service Providers.
- Connect the MSPs with Siemens businesses and Siemens regions by closely collaborating with the Siemens Learning Partners in our Learning & Growth Ecosystem. Furthermore, you will consult on and apply corporate guidance to the Siemens Regions concerning MSP business
- Develop the Supplier and Vendor Strategy for the Learning Ecosystem of the future

- The basis for your success is a master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management or Economy
- You have at least long-term experience in Performance controlling and / or in Business Process Outsourcing of a large, global company.
- Moreover, you have proven experience in Contract and Business Process Management
- Excellent Service Management Expertise and Consulting skills set you apart.
- You also have a track record in Project Management with Outsourcing Projects
- Ideally, you are familiar with Learning and Development, Trainer Skills and Change Management,
- You have strong organizational and communication skills and bring the ability to holistically coordinate the whole value chain of learning from learner's demand to learner's satisfaction.
- You are fluent in German and English complete your profile.
