Today, we are recruiting for Contract Manager position to Join our Team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for commercial and finance Professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

Analyze, evaluate, and resolve diverse matters with commercial customers, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors

Identify and assess the primary contractual risks, opportunities, requirements, and communication of the same.

Ensure that all contracts accurately reflect business objectives and align with local laws and regulatory requirements

Cooperate with the project management team to define the contract / legal strategy for projects

Consult with management and draft official correspondence toward public entities and suppliers/subcontractors in a timely, transparent, and professional manner

Monitor contract conditions and events (e.g., duration, consequences, losses), deadlines, landmarks, and contract-related correspondence

Identify claim possibilities and communicate along with supporting arguments and documentation.

Defend against external claims from clients, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors through the presentation of relevant exonerative facts and documentation

Prepare for and participate in claim negotiations, pre-litigation matters, and project management.

Conduct legal research and writing; provide ongoing legal support within the territory.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Law degree, preferred. Contract management experience in governmental contracts is required

Minimum (5) years of work experience in contract management in a corporate environment.

Excellent legal writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills to participate in negotiations with clients, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors and prepare complex contracts.

Ability to deliver high-quality legal documents within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage ongoing assignments

Familiarity with regulated industries
