Your tasks and responsibilities:
1.Trusted business advisor and sparring partner for China CRM business, cooperate with with SHS IT colleagues in APAC region and global wides.

2. Business partnership management for China CRM
负责管理中国区CRM业务伙伴团队
3. Influence direct and indirect reports in the SHS IT CN function; drive organizational maturity, competencies and transparency across different functions with harmonized Demand Management tools, processes and business engagement practices;
影响直接和间接团队成员,通过公司的需求管理工具、流程和业务实践,不断提升中国区IT业务伙伴团队的组织成熟度、能力和透明度。
4.Support Digital Company in China: Drive, realize and communicate measurable digitalization benefits. Partner across Zones / regions / functions to optimize implementation activities and benefits
支持中国地区的数字化公司建设:配合业务推动、实现和商榷可量化的数字化效益。进行跨区域和跨职能部门合作,以提高效益和优化活动的实施过程。
5.Measure and manage the business case analysis , to ensure the IT investment get the best ROI across different functions in company wide.Drive to realize the digitalization benefits.
衡量并管理业务方案分析,确保在公司范围内跨职能部门的IT投资收益最大化,推动实现数字化效益。

Your qualifications and experience:
•Bachelor Degree in Information Technolog is preferred or comparable degree

•Management Trainings and application of measures

Technology Background and Business Demand Management
•Expert knowledge of CRM Business Processes. Skilled in CRM related SAP modules (APO,SD,MM,FICO etc.). Managed at least two full cycles of SAP projects
具备销售和市场领域的业务流程专家知识,熟知相关业务领域SAP各模块的技术常识(APO,SD,MM,FICO etc.)。至少管理过两个完整实施周期的SAP项目。
•Solid project experience in sales force effectiveness and digitalization tool set,be familiar with one of major CRM solutions( salesforce, Oracle,Dynamic365 etc.)
在销售效能管理和数字化工具实施方面,具备扎实的项目经验,熟悉至少一种主流CRM方案( salesforce, Oracle,Dynamic365 etc.)
•Professional insights on data quality governance and analytics.The project experience of master data management is a plus
