Your challenge will be…
- 12 months internship
- Self-paced learning and on-job training
- Work with consultants and business representatives in an international environment
- Acquire experience on the full life cycle of CRM implementations and customization (e.g. entities, workflows, processes, etc.)
- Ownership of Incident Management L2
- Identifying and troubleshooting Application issues to resolution or escalation (L3 Dev. Team)
- Root cause analysis and documentation
- Communication and client relationship management
- Help to keep knowledge base organized and up to date
- Learn and specialize in Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Office 365, Power apps and Flow
- Grow to be in the position to step up as D365 Developer backup if/when needed

- Strong willingness to learn
- Excellent oral and written skills in English
- Good communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment and across all management levels
- Programming skills
- Technical skills should include: .Net
- Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields, or equivalent education is a plusKn
- Kowledge on Azure cloud services and how it works is a plus
- Basic experience in agile IT, e.g. SAFE or SCRUM methodology is a plus
- Basic experience with Service Now and Azure DevOps is a plus
