Our Presales & Project Administrator is a professional responsible for all administrative, presales, manpower planning, procurement alignment, commercial & contractual aspects of the assigned projects. They plan, schedule, forecast, and manage all the technical tasks of their assigned project to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality from start to finish. What will you do?
Smart Building Solutions (SBS) is a Regional Solution and Service business unit, part of Siemens Smart Infrastructure. We seek an experienced Presales & Project Administrator with strong planning and administrative experience to strengthen our project execution in ASEAN. You will ensure high-quality administrative control, planning and reporting from start until the finish line. You will be part of the ASEAN Countries’ project execution growth in collaboration with country management and peers, business lines, engineering, and execution among others.


  • Assist the leadership team in the day-to-day administrative running of the business
  • Provide control and administrative support to presales and project team
  • Managing all necessity for bids and project operations
  • Support creation of presentation, analysis and reports
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Finance team on related work
  • Coordinates data from a variety of sources for inclusion in reports and presentations; performs independent research and prepares information for special projects as assigned
  • Plan and organize internal as well as external events such as visits by partners, customer meetings, seminars, workshops and conferences
  • Any other tasks which may be assigned from time to time

What will you need to succeed?

Required Education, Knowledge/Skills, and Experience

  • Diploma in Secretarial or Business Administration/Finance or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years administrator experience in presales and/or project office environment 
  • Strong ability to run the administrative function in the department
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Well-versed in all MS Office applications, importantly in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
  • Experience in writing, documentation control and records handling both manual and digital
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proactive and mature personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills
  • Experience at collaboration with international teams and exposure in different work/company cultures
  • High level of confidentiality
