About the role

Are you someone who’s opted for a placement within their degree course or a recent graduate? Are you looking to gain experience within a EMEA Sales function, focusing on programs to accelerate business growth within a partner network? Then join our intern program and develop your commercial business skills.

Within this 12-month internship, you will provide support for the zone partner organisation to effectively deliver partner technical enablement activities to meet key business requirements.

Area of responsibility
  • Support Zone Partner Enablement Manager(s) to project manage, compile, and track the creation of a partner skills matrix for the EMEA region.
  • Create and manage a project plan to ensure that accurate data is captured for each partner and country.
  • Liaise with country partner managers and with all zone partners to facilitate the skills matrix completion.
  • Work within multiple areas of the zone team organisation on mini projects and enablement to broaden understanding and help fill skill gaps where needed.
  • Analyse the data and create requirement reports based on both country and product specific criteria and present the findings to the zone team.
  • Help with facilitation of multiple zone led partner conferences.
  • Work with zone and country portfolio development teams along with pre-sales teams to keep the zone instructor led training schedule updated and published.
  • Track and report issues and risks, suggest solutions to mitigate where possible
  • Create enablement newsletters when required to help drive attendance for enablement sessions.
  • Work with the Global Partner Enablement team to track and report on technical certifications and co-ordinate any project requirements throughout the zone.
Your qualifications
  • Currently studying or a recent graduate with a Business Degree.
  • A passion for understanding how businesses work with a desire for continuous learning and have an adaptable approach to working on a range of projects.
  • Has a basic understanding of the concepts of partner organisations and their importance to our organisation
  • Is proficient with standard MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and have the confidence to present to senior partners within the business.
  • You must be curious, able to ask effective questions and Be able to build relationships.
