The Digital Industries Factory Automation Solutions team of Siemens Ltd. implements complete automation projects in the field of automotive and industrial logistics. We are looking for a new site manager for the following tasks.
Your new role - challenging and future oriented:
- Managing and coordinating of all employees and contractors assigned to the construction site
- Independent organization of all tasks related to the construction site in alignment with the project management, in particular infrastructure, deadlines, deliveries, change constructions, etc.
- Control of task distribution within the team
- Assumption of the function of site safety officer and thus responsibility on the site the construction site
- Ensuring efficient communication with the client, taking charge of operational issues and reporting to the project manager
- Informing all employees on site about the agreed EHS processes and ensuring compliance with these processes
- Compliance with the budget requirements
Your qualifications and experience – solid and appropriate:
- Engineering degree in a technical field or successfully completed education as a technician
- Many years of professional experience as a site manager, preferably in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of electrics and mechanics
- Basic knowledge of automation technology (Siemens)
- Leadership skills and ability to work in a team
- Confidence in using MS Office
- Language skills: native Hungarian, good English and/or German knowledge

Das Team Digital Industries Factory Automation Solutions der Siemens gAG realisiert komplette Automatisierungsprojekte im Bereich der Automobil- und Industrielogistik. Für die folgenden Aufgaben suchen wir einen neuen Site ManagerIn.
Ihr neues Aufgabenfeld - herausfordernd und zukunftsorientiert:
- Führung und Koordinierung aller der Baustelle zugeordneten Mitarbeiter und Fremdfirmen
- selbstständige Organisation aller die Baustelle betreffenden Aufgabenstellungen in Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung, insbesondere Infrastruktur, Termine, Lieferungen, Änderungskonstruktionen usw.
- Steuerung der Aufgabenverteilung innerhalb des Teams
- Übernahme der Funktion des Sicherheitsbeauftragten der Baustelle und damit die Verantwortung auf der Baustelle
- Sicherstellung einer effizienten Kommunikation mit dem Kunden, Übernahme operativer Themen sowie Berichterstattung an den Projektleiter
- Information aller Mitarbeiter vor Ort über die vereinbarten EHS-Prozesse und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung dieser Prozesse
- Einhaltung der Budgetanforderungen
Ihre Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen - fundiert und adäquat:
- Ingenieur-Studium in einer technischen Fachrichtung oder erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker
- langjährige Berufserfahrung als Baustellenleiter vorzugsweise in der Automobilindustrie
- Kenntnisse in Elektrik und Mechanik
- Grundkenntnisse in der Automatisierungstechnik (Siemens)
- Führungskompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
- Sicherheit im Umgang mit MS Office
- Muttersprache: ungarisch, gute engl. und/oder deutsche Sprachkenntnisse
