Then come in and join our team as IT Network Architect This position is based out of anywhere in Spain, with focus on ? and you will have colleagues in other locations such as Madrid, Germany, USA, India.

Your mission and responsibilities:

This is a critical position responsible for some of the most challenging and important areas of Siemens Healthineers vast network in R&D, manufacturing, supply chain. The IT Architect will be involved with new initiatives as well as transformations to next generation platforms, working with a global team of 10 network professionals.


Task and responsibilities:

·        You will review and approve technical designs, specifications, and statement of work documents

·        You will oversee the delivery of quality IT solutions that support Healthineers business requirements ranging from direct requests from the business to complex and cross sector Global strategic initiatives

·        You will embrace innovation and drive IT partners to create, plan and implement innovative network and security infrastructure based on approved concepts, designs and according to IT policies and guidelines

·        You will Collect new demand, develop, and prioritize pipeline of business demand on an ongoing basis

·        You will Consult, Troubleshoot and Solve IT infrastructure issues working with Business, IT partners and various IT teams and provide SME support for major incidents as needed


Qualifications, Experience & Skills

·        Master studies in Computer Science or similar

·        10+ years of relevant work experience as an IT Network/Security Design, Implementation and Administration

·        Work experience in network communication, routing protocols, network security and cloud / cloud networking

·        Enterprise level Networking knowledge in multiple technical areas including:
Networks ( LAN/WLANM, WAN, Cloud, Switches, Routers, Load Balancers, Proxies, Cloud-Networking), Systems ( Linux, Linux, Windows) and  Information Security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS )

·        Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools and skilled in network troubleshooting


Additionally

·        Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language appropriate to both executive and managerial audiences

·        Ability to effectively manage relationships with other infrastructure teams, application teams, stakeholders, business, and customer representatives

·        Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, diverse, and growth-oriented environment.

·        Provide SME support for major incidents as needed; Consult, Troubleshoot and Solve IT infrastructure issues working with Business, IT partners and various IT teams

·        Assist Service Orchestration Management with the development of roadmaps for implementations related to Network services

·        Oversee the delivery of quality IT solutions that support Healthineers business requirements ranging from direct requests from the business to complex and cross sector Global strategic initiatives

·        Proven ability to influence the definition of technical strategies and design solutions and technically sound in various IT infrastructure products and abreast of overall technology trends

·        Comprehensive experience in analysis of business processes and in management of IT-projects
