我们正在为西门子数字化工业集团深圳创新中心寻找一名首席产品负责人,负责产品全生命周期的业务机会，并作为研发项目经理对研发项目中的成果负全责。推动产品、解决方案和/或服务的及时开发，使其在市场上具有竞争力。
工作职责–富有挑战性且面向未来：
• 首席产品负责人促成产品的成功，确保客户的满意度。他/她负责产品开发内容的排序，通过关注客户附加值来平衡所有利益相关者的利益。
• 协助制定并确保项目管理标准的严格执行。
• 为产品、解决方案和/或服务的高效开发创造环境。
• 管理指定的研发项目组合，分配预算和资源，并负责盈亏(在项目组合范围内)。
• 促进所有相关职能的合作，包括适当地转移到相关流程的后续责任方 (如供应链管理、客户关系管理部分) 。
• 建立项目团队，定义项目团队成员的职责分工。
• 定期组织项目会议(项目报告/项目状态/里程碑评审等)。
• 参与跨国团队(中国、德国等)
任职要求–运用你的技能成就工业之美：
• 具备工业产品开发项目管理的专业知识
• 3年以上电气传动产品开发项目管理经验
• 熟悉电气传动产品的应用
• 了解电气传动产品的生产工艺
• 良好的沟通能力
• 流利的英语口语和书写能力
• 较强的跨职能领导能力;培训技能;人际交往技巧;决策的能力
• 熟悉国际工作环境。
• 统招本科及以上学历，硕士学历优先。
• 良好的逻辑思维能力和较强的自学能力。

We are looking for a Chief Product Owner for Shenzhen Innovation Center of Siemens digital industry division to responsible for business opportunities throughout the product life cycle and as R&D project manager, take full responsibility for the results of R&D projects. Drive the timely development of products, solutions and/or services to make them competitive in the market.
Your new role – Challenging and future oriented
• Lead Product Owner drives product success and ensures customer satisfaction. He/she is responsible for prioritizing product development content, balancing the interests of all stakeholders by focusing on customer value added.
• Assist in setting and ensuring strict implementation of project management standards.
• Create an environment for efficient development of products, solutions and/or services.
• Manage the assigned R&D portfolio, allocate budget and resources, and be responsible for profit and loss (within the portfolio).
• Facilitate collaboration of all relevant functions, including appropriate transfer to subsequent parties responsible for relevant processes (e.g. supply chain management, customer relationship management components).
• Establish the project team and define the responsibilities of the project team members.
• Organize regular project meetings (project report/project status/milestone review, etc.).
• Participate in multinational teams (China, Germany, etc.)
Your Qualifications – Use your skills to achieve the beauty of industry
• Professional knowledge of industrial product development project management
• More than 3 years of project management experience in electric drive product development
• Familiar with the application of electric drive products
• Understand the production process of electric drive products
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills; Training skills; Interpersonal skills; Ability to make decisions
• Familiar with international working environment.
• Bachelor degree or above, master degree is preferred.
• Good logical thinking ability and strong self-learning ability.
