Logistics Intern (Part-time)

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a part-time intern who will be focusing on the routine activities of order processing, the coordination of the customs clearance and freight invoices payment which include but not limited to the following:
- Prepare & collect shipping documents, arrange daily shipment to customer
- Assist Order Management Team to handle exception cases
- Coordinate the Customs Clearance and freight invoices payment with SLHK GSCSM
- Prepare daily and monthly report to customer
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:
- Undergraduate in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- 1-year part-time contract, renew annually
- Flexible schedule during semesters (16-20 hours per week)
- Willing to learn and able to meet timeline
- Well-versed in e-mail Outlook and MS Office applications such as Excel and Word
- High proficiency in both written & spoken English
