For our Smart Infrastructure - Electrification and Automation Customer Service team, we are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and team oriented individual whose role would be to manage process implementation and continuous improvement of processes in line with the global customer service life cycle and regional strategy!
What part will you play?
Creating transparency on SI EA CS portfolio elements, key market development, competitor moves and technological trends in a consistent and structured manner, covering both core and future portfolio,
Driving and supporting a setup which converts optimal delivery of service portfolio elements,
Defining and pushing major portfolio adaptations and ramp-up in new growth verticals with strong focus on customers’ future needs,
Intensely collaborating with SI Business Units, Headquarters and SI EA functions to identify, analyze and understand key challenges and opportunities and formulate the strategic answers to drive long-term service business success,
Leading and or contributing to service portfolio deep dives across the organization and countries,
As part of a Customer Services team, you will work productively with the Sales Managers, Engineering Experts and Project Managers, and other internal & external interfaces,
Engaging with customers and prospects to gather high level customer business and technical requirements, understand existing information and installed base resolve customer needs and create new portolios as part of the service delivery and take necessary actions to create appropriate solutions,
Fulfilling service contract obligations and documents events that impact operation, scope of work, and site performance,
Assisting in troubleshooting and developing solutions to support the CS e-mobility projects,
Carrying out operational and fault diagnostics on hardware and software, this also includes the systematic testing and analysis of the charging processes,
Working with eMobility team members to present and support service activities,
Laying out and following a regional service plan for growth in the EV market,
Ensure and drive the roll-out of the charging services according to customer contract,
Responsible for installation supervision, test & commissioning, maintenance and repairs of EV chargers.
What you need to make real what matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or related field,
• At least 3 years experience,
• High-level knowledge of EA Products and service portfolio,
• Having experience in Installation & Commissioning or Sales & Project Management
• Technical knowledge of the Electrical Products industry and/or Electrical Vehicle Charger Industry with fundamental understanding of service procedures,
• Experience in the preparation of the technical documentation, reports and presentation,
• Experience in service projects for end customers as well as in-depth knowledge of project management and agile working methods,
• Previous experience with EV chargers and standards would be an advantage,
• Proficient Turkish & English in speaking and writing,
• No restrictions for travelling,
• Individual must possess a valid Driver's license in good standing,
• Ability to meet demanding schedule requirements without compromising quality and EHS.
