Logistics Officer – Supply Logistics

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will take the responsibility of product demand planning management, inventory management, supplier management and inbound distribution management. The primary responsibilities include:
- Handling Operational Procurement
- Purchase Order Fulfillment- Allocating stock and scheduling sales orders- Monitoring inbound shipment flow to our Asia Pacific Hub in Hong Kong with 3PLs- Monitoring Source KPI- Managing supplier return- Coordinating Products Rework- Inventory Control for assigned products in 3 regional distribution centers
- Formulating demand planning periodically and monitoring forecast accuracy
- Leading Supplier management – Logistics program
- Participating the Product Development Projects as Project Leader-Logistics
- Leading/ coordinating Logistic projects with departments of Procurement, Product Management and Order Management
Requirements:
Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:
- Degree holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics or related disciplines
- 1 or 2 years relevant solid experience in product planning, inventory control and operational procurement, preferably gained from MNC
- SAP and SAP APO knowledge will be a plus
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Self- motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- High proficiency in both written & spoken English, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
- Well-versed in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
- Diligent and devoted, professional, open minded, active and good at analyzing & communication, excellent teamwork sense
- Be willing to take challenge and learn new things
- Fresh graduates will be considered as Assistant Logistics Officer
