  • Deputy of the Local Project Manager in all installation & commissioning related issues.  Also
  • Responsible for the Installation scope of the project.
  • Planning and Monitoring the deputation of his associates efficiently and ensuring that the company's installation targets are met.
  • Supervising and leading a unit of installers within the company and managing Sub contractor for installation.
  • Planning and strategizing the execution of installation on a regular basis as per milestones.
  • Authorized contact person towards the customer and interface partners for all installation related issues
  • Monitoring the movements of his associates and ensuring that the company's installation targets are met by them.
  • Holding accountability for meeting the target aims and objectives of the company, specific to the locations, with regard to installation processes.
  • Responsible for all installation teams and their planning and recruitment.
  • Responsible for planning and coordination of all installation and testing activities on site
  • Responsible for the distribution of the latest document versions (Installation drawings, Installation Manuals, Test Specifications etc.) to the local installation and supervising staff
  • Monitors progress of installation and test activities. Making sure that installation tasks are undertaken in the company also with agreement to the customer particularities.
  • Making sure that the company earns profits and gains by executing installation projects
  • Progress reporting to Siemens management about progress and inputs to delay and mitigation measures.
  • Ensuring that all his supervisory and administrative task undertakings agree with the laws, rules and existing policies of the company
  • Recipient of test reports, forwards test reports/error to the Test Manager
  • Organization of storage of material
  • Attends meetings on installation issues internally and externally.

Use your skills to move the world forward

  • You should have 10 years of minimum experience along with Graduate or postgraduate degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • Good communication skills
