Then come and join our global team as Team Lead (f/m/d) at Customer Services HSC MR to develop new innovative strategies together with the team to further expand and improve our service.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will support and encourage your team by creating and maintaining the necessary framework to work successfully as a Problem Manager. In doing so, you will act as a coach and mentor
  • You actively drive the execution of our strategy and are supportive to achieve / exceed the global HSC and CS goals (customer satisfaction, productivity, process performance etc.)
  • You identify and analyze systematic product issues using savelogs, escalations and tools like XMART, IPB or Product Quality@Fingertips and develop sustainable solutions together with the Business Line MR
  • You coordinate global hot sites and present them accordingly to senior management
  • You act as a central contact person within Customer Service and the Business Line MR and develop innovative solutions together (e.g. further development of patterns for automatic log file analysis or the introduction of measures within the framework of proactive performance management) in order to optimize our service business and increase customer satisfaction

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a degree in the field of medical technology, electrical engineering or similar
  • You have many years of professional experience in the field of MR, ideally in the service organization
  • You have an extensive knowledge of the MR portfolio and sound knowledge of Savelog and data analysis
  • You have already gained experience in managing employees
  • You have a very good general IT knowledge (e.g. documentation in SAP, MS applications, etc.). You should also be familiar with our service / complaint process. Ideally, you already have experience with our IPB database and XMART

Your attributes and skills:

  • You have a very good command of English and can therefore move confidently in an international environment. Thanks to your intercultural experience, you can lead your international team and maintain good business relationships with our country organizations. German language skills are a plus
  • You have a strong customer focus, as well as a strong quality awareness
  • You excel in communication and are a networker
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit

Depending on the experience and qualifications background of the applicant, task enrichment into the area above the general pay scale is possible.
