Then come and join our global team as Senior Analytics Product Owner (f/m/d) to support our team to design and implement innovative digital solutions.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • As an Analytics Product Owner, you will be a member of a team that designs and implements innovative digital solutions, assisting our business managers in their daily work
  • You will drive global projects in the area of CRM analytics with a specific focus on configuration and pricing analytics
  • You will take ownership of the cyclic alignment process with our end users and herewith the most critical element of our design process
  • You will conduct regular exchanges with our end users in order to understand their daily work and discover opportunities which address their pain points, needs and desires. You will manage the resulting requirements, their dependencies and prioritization
  • Building on curated data marts you will implement prototypes and run product experiments to create solutions that generate customer and business value
  • You will utilize techniques and skills related to advanced analytics, such as machine learning and statistical methods
  • You will host feedback sessions with our end users as well as their managers and measure the impact of your solutions

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have successfully completed a university degree in business administration, computer science, natural science, or engineering
  • You have long-term professional experience in a sales / CRM organization in a business consultant / business analyst function and hence are familiar with the sales and pricing process
  • You have very good project management and process skills
  • You have several years of business intelligence experience and proficient skills with analytical tool sets (e.g. Qlik, Power BI). You have good knowledge of state-of-the-art data science tools (e.g. Knime, Python). Ideally you have good knowledge about planning and simulation tool kits (e.g. Jedox)
  • You are excellent at reflecting customer pain points. You have in-depth experience in state-of-the-art techniques for demand discovery and backlog management
  • You show good skills in the areas of user story mapping, UX and UI design


Your attributes and skills:

  • You demonstrate proficient English and good presentation as well as communication skills when interacting with international customers or colleagues; good German skills are a plus
  • You are an analytical thinker
  • You like working in a team and have a strong ability to collaborate
  • Driving innovations in the area of healthcare is one of your passions
