Then come and join our Siemens Healthineers Malaysia team as Key Account Manager to manage key accounts and customer relationships, establishing sales strategies to expand the customer base, developing sales proposals, negotiating and closing deals, and acting as voice of the customers internally

Your task and responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing pre and post sales task as well as task listed below for direct sales in assigned territories and turnkey funnels/ opportunities 
  • You will plan and monitor achievements of agreed sales targets in specified area and for an assigned part of Siemens Healthineers portfolio 
  • You will complete sales and forecast accuracy related key reporting in timeline manner 
  • You will develop and update sales funnel and customer database via CRM Tools 
  • You will prepare, coordinate and negotiate proposals in cooperation with proposal management/ other involved professionals and management 
  • You will manage key accounts with customer relationships. working to carry out customer goals while meeting company goal 
  • You will act as point of contact to customers in operation (product/ quality) and financial related matters; influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer retention 
  • You will build strong reliable relationship with key decision makers from all levels of decision process towards securing long term existing business and advance in new business 
  • You will coordinate the realization of assignment, may coordinate and contribute to set up respective product developments, projects or service programs 
  • You will promote and support cross team collaboration internally to achieve customer oriented approach to the market 
  • You will build strong and reliable relationship with key decision makers from all levels of decision process towards securing long term existing business and advance in business

 Your qualifications and experiences:

  • You hold a successfully completed Degree in  Biomedical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Marketing or relevant disciplines 
  • You have at least 8 years of working experience in sales and technical (in Healthcare industry - preferably Imaging) 
  • You have experience in negotiating major projects 
  • You have experience in establishing strong business networks 
  • You have experience in key account management skills with knowledge of competition and local scenario is necessary

  • You possess strong persuasive communication skills in English, both verbal and in writing 
  • You portrays excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to understand complex situations quickly 
  • You have the ability to work independently and proactively 
  • You have the ability to understand business issues especially on market and industry 
  • You have the ability to identify and priorities customer needs and recognizes constraints 
  • You build rapport by using own understanding of key market drivers to create ad seize business opportunities
