What part will you play?
  • You are responsible for the Business Unit wide Workforce Transformation (WFT) Project with focus on driving and supporting function & cross-function unit’s WFT development into strategic directions and priorities, including common understanding of current-state and for future requirements 
  • You validate status of SI EA Workforce-Transformation project, establish roadmap and setup WFT project
  • You will develop innovative approach for driving workforce transformation priorities and challenge the status quo for our Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation (SI EA) functions and regions
  • You collaborate across functions, regions, and business lines to drive coordinated effort and impact in strategic focus areas
  • You will define and manage across the business unit workstreams to ensure timely deliverables 
  • You act as business unit point of contact for the stakeholders, including evaluation of global topics for integration into our business unit’s program. Assume role of owner of Workforce Transformation workstream in SI EA’s wE Are 1 Strategy Program 
  • You also act as a consultant and advisor to the business lines for work transformation topics and change management 
What you need to make real what matters.
  • You hold at least a master´s degree in business administration, or related field 
  • You have long-term experience in managing with large scale projects within global environment & distributed teams, preferably in the Change or Transformation Management environment
  • You are experienced in innovative learning methodologies, change management and consultancy support
  • You also have experience in People & Organization, people management and/or strategic consultancy in adjacent field
  • Experiene in Electrification and Automation market and business (products, systems, solutions, services) is of advance
  • You have a good analytical and results driven personality with a getting things done attitude
  • Great communication skills with the ability to influence others and move toward a common vision
  • You have a strong intercultural understanding
  • Business proficiency in English is a requirement, any other European language is an advantage
