We are searching for a highly motivated Front Line Sales Manager (Territory Sales) to oversee and lead a dedicated sales team responsible for achieving sales targets for a defined partner base. As a leader, you will be responsible for implementing Business Unit customer and channel strategies and programs, finding and developing new customers, and ensuring adherence to sales guidelines to achieve set targets.
What part will you play?
Propose sales budgets for the team and regularly monitor the achievements for a defined based of BU partners and customers.
Directly support assigned sales team in customer visits and negotiations.
Act as first level of escalation for respective cases and issues.
Support superior in matters of product and service positioning for the market area assigned and provides respective input.
Initiate/contribute to planning of customer related product development measures or the setup of customer related projects.
May support strategic key customers business development.
Lead an assigned team of sales professionals.
Handle respective partners directly.
Follow up on sales process from the order intake till the delivery and payment.
Contribute to product and market-based pricing strategy together with other channels.
What you need to make real what matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a consistent record of achieving sales targets and leading a team of sales representatives.
- Experience in handling key accounts and developing new customers.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in English and Turkish.
