What will you do?
- Interact proactively and work closely together with our Order Management organization and respective cross-functional partners
- Support resolution of customer disputes by coordinating with dispute owner
- Support and perform Budget, P&L analysis for PA / CS
- Developing new reports and standards by applying innovative software such as Qlik Sense, PowerBI, SAP Analytics, etc.
- Willing to assume and complete ad-hoc / special projects and/or other assignments as delegated by management.
- Perform the various period-end closing exercises; Expense Analysis, Journal Entries, internal financial report by Cost Center, General Ledger Analysis, etc.
What will you need to succeed?
- Student currently enrolled in college or university in a finance, accounting, or related program
- Above average study performance (Accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)). Transcripts to be provided upon request.
- Understanding of Accounts Receivable
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel, Outlook and word is essential
- Growth mindset, with a passion for learning
- Collaborative with an ability to cultivate relationships and networks
- Agile, technically savvy, with a knack at creating solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Accounts Receivable or collection
- SAP Experience
