We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Service Sales and Service Operations Manager to join our Smart Infrastructure team based in Vic out of our office in Bayswater. In this role, your primary responsibilities will be to provide leadership, guidance and avenues and opportunities for streamlining, supporting, and motivating our South branch (WA and Vic) Service and Sales teams.  Your key objectives will be to maximise delivery performance, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and sales order intake, revenue and gross margin.  The position resides within the Building Automation and Security sector with a strong focus on energy efficiency, smart building technologies and innovation.

Some responsibilities may include:
• Management of a dedicated team of Technical personal and Team Leaders, Service Administrators and Account Managers.
• Monitoring and management of service team utilisation and maintenance for a high level of efficiency and team productivity.
• Financial responsibility for the Branch South overall Service operational performance.
• Responsibility for the Branch South Service order Intake performance and Service sales strategies.
• Assessing, forecasting and reporting service Order Intake, Revenue and Gross Margin performance against overall branch targets.
• Enhancing workflows and working with internal Operations, and Commercial teams to enable and optimise a customer centric approach to business activities and internal processes.
• Provide direct support and an escalation avenue for service and operational activities for service customers in the region.
• Support to foster strong relationships with external stakeholders including builders, mechanical and electrical contractors, and end users to assist with influencing customer perception of Siemens, specifically around our delivery capabilities. 
• Continuously monitor metrics and leverage customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of service operations.
• Drive and maintain a positive, collaborative and responsible culture across the entire Sales and Service teams.

To be a successful candidate, you will have experience managing a team of technical service personnel ideally within the building industry and in a corporate environment. You will have strong leadership and communication skills, coupled with a solid work ethic and a desire to build and maintain a foundation of ownership culture and customer focus across your teams.  Your experience and developed skills around building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders will ensure your success in this role as well as your demonstrated experience in the management of a dedicated sales team.
