Sales Representative (Partner Sales 渠道管理与销售方向)
What will you do if join us?
Keep good communication with distributor management
Cooperate with distributor related departments to implement strategic goals
Coordinate the cooperation between distributors and Siemens internal departments, and leverage internal resources to promote and push the development of distributor business.
Manage the daily business of distributors, including delivery and interpretate information of product, price and etc in order to jointly achieve sales targets.
Lead distributors to develop own business, as well as daily management, learning and development. Assist distributor to develop personnel development plan and implement it.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor or above major is required. Major in Industry Automation Control and Electrical Transmission is preferred
Proficient English reading, writing and speaking；
At least 2 years sales or management experience, or experience in assisting management
Experience in industrial control industry is preferred, understanding of local market, including competitive situation, industry customer distribution is preferred
Learning ability and good communication skill
Able to work under pressure
Passion and willing to take initiative.
