This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer Service Engineer 4 you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain, repair and install MRI Diagnostic Imaging equipment with a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately
  • You will work independently and as part of a high performing team
  • Potential Cross Training into other Modalities
  • The position is for 1st or 2nd Shift upon completion of training

This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers

  • You are proficient in the use of service tools and test equipment
  • You have good networking and PC skills (Net+, MS Office)
  • You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions
  • Willingness to travel in assigned (Michigan) geography, out of state and international if needed
  • Since you are interacting with customers, strong communication skills are necessary
  • Previous field service experience with MRI required
  • Experience with other imaging modalities a Plus
  • Your willingness to work 1st or 2nd shifts as business needs dictate

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Minimum Technical Associate Degree, Certificate Program or Military Technical education
  • Minimum 7 years of field service experience is required, as well as strong customer service and communication skills
  • Individual must possess a valid Driver's license in good standing
  • Individual must be at least 21 years of age to participate in the Siemens vehicle plan
